Shipping and Processing Time Policy:
Orders are made and packed between 5-7 business days, then get shipped out.
*If you need a delivery sooner, please email me before placing an order.

Once your order has shipped, it is out of our hands. If there is a delivery issue with your order, we are not responsible for lost or delayed items. We highly recommend speaking to your local post office/other delivery office. We will also try our best with the United States Postal Services to find your package. Please feel free to contact us with any other issues you may have. Free shipping over $100.

Return and Refund Policy:
​Purchases can be returned and refunded only if the package was damaged during delivery. You will need to contact the carrier. You can also be refunded within the hour of purchase. If it is passed a hour, we will not refund.

All of our bracelets are 6 inches and, our necklaces are 18 inches. If you need something larger or smaller, feel free to send me a email at creationsbygisellec@gmail.com prior to placing the order.

Natural stones vary in color and shape. This is what makes each piece unique and beautiful.
